Wytham Hall operates with a resident-first approach, prioritizing the needs and progress of each individual in our supported accommodation. In most cases, residents already have a clear understanding of their needs, which forms the foundation of their stay. Our goal is to understand each resident’s unique personality, background, and health requirements, ensuring that we provide support within our supported accommodation that is specifically tailored to their circumstances.
The environment is calm and informal which helps residents to begin to understand their issues and supports them to take gentle steps towards developing ideas and solutions for their futures.
As a small organisation we are able to offer a personalised approach and a consistent level of support. We aim to develop a ‘homely’ environment which creates an opportunity for residents to generate settled living for themselves.
We encourage residents to develop a sense of purpose, become self-motivated, develop a social network, meaningfully use their time and to become a stronger member of society.
